THERE’s just under a week left for SPFL clubs to conduct their January transfer business – it’s a race against time.

Celtic were busy early on but lay formant until the arrival of South Korean striker Oh Hyeon-gyu as a replacement for Giorgos Giakoumakis, who’s set to follow Josip Juranovic out of the club.

Rangers boss Michael Beale has snapped up Todd Cantwell as his first signing at Ibrox and the Light Blues could also add Morgan Whittaker and Nicolas Raskin – although Alfredo Morelos has been offered to Serie A giants Inter on a free transfer.

Hearts manager Robbie Neilson has welcomed Australian international Guarang Kuol, James Hill and Yutaro Oda while Ryan Porteous is leaving Hibs – as is Kevin Nisbet with Millwall interested.

Aberdeen made a return swoop for Graeme Shinnie and – for now – Jim Goodwin remains in charge despite growing pressure after the cup loss to Darvel.
